At events, it’s all too common for a speaker to come in and deliver a canned speech that isn’t quite right — maybe it’s not captivating, too simple or complex, not very relevant to the people watching, or lacking in practical takeaways that the audience can put to use immediately.
My goal is to avoid these common pitfalls. By working with you to understand your needs, my goal is to deliver compelling talks that are specific to your context, inspiring people to implement simple changes that meaningfully improve their lives.
I’ve given talks and Q and A sessions at a wide range of companies, including leadership, tech, recruitment, sport, travel, and military organisations. I’ve also spoken at health and biohacking summits throughout the world. A few companies and events I’ve spoken at are listed below.

Improving the wellbeing of your employees and clients
The productivity and satisfaction of your staff are foundational to the success of your business, so I work with organisations that are proactive about improving these key determinants of performance. My work focuses on simple, low-cost, personalised interventions to address your pain points, as well as ways to monitor the effectiveness of the interventions.
Some of my work in this sector is delivered directly by myself to corporations, but I’ve also worked as a subject matter expert for organisations that are themselves corporate wellness or coaching companies.

Developing and popularising your products
If you direct or work for a company that guides people through science-driven, lifestyle-based approaches to sustainably improving people’s wellbeing, I’d love to speak to you about your work and whether I can be of help. I’m particularly interested in building scalable solutions that use innovative approaches to deliver just-in-time guidance to help people make objectively and meaningfully better health decisions. That’s a word salad, I know, so think of this as being like having a health coach with you throughout the day who is forever learning how to coach you better as you engage her more. Having previously worked in this sector, I have many ideas related to how to go about this.
I’m also interested in developing other types of products that make achieving health goals easier, be they wearables, nearables, supplements, or something else. As an example, I recently formulated Switch On, a drink that is, at least to my knowledge, the first nutrition product designed to offset many of the detrimental effects that poor sleep leads to throughout the body.
